We understand that schedules can change! We request 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows of up to the full price of your service. Arrival/meeting outside of our 15 minute policy, is up to the Groomers discretion if they can proceed with the appointment, with an accrued late fee.
